Timber Integrity Check: With the rafters exposed, we can check the wood behind for any signs of damp or rot. If we find any decay, we will replace the timber if needed, ensuring your new roofline has a solid, secure foundation to fix to.

Roof Edge Assessment: To guarantee a seamless and weatherproof seal, we lift the first two rows of tiles. This allows us to inspect the most vulnerable part of your roof for common issues like crumbly bitumen felt and rotten battens.

Modern Eaves Protection: We then ensure your eaves are fully protected. We install rigid gutter aprons (eaves protectors) that tuck under the felt and run into the new gutter, preventing water from ever getting behind the fascia board.
